Delivery Information
Customer orders and Delivery of goods.
Once you have placed your order and it has been accepted on the system, you will receive an email to confirm dispatch or date from which it will be ready to collect from our warehouse (as applicable).
Please note that if details are incomplete or cannot be verified (suspected fraud) Best Flight Case reserves the right to delay or refuse orders.
Best Flight Case will send an invoice for the goods to the customer at any time after delivery/collection of the product.
All Customers orders are dispatched subject to availability.
We endeavour to dispatch all online orders within 5-10 working days of receipt.
Should any ordered product be out of stock at the time of purchase, we will contact the customer to agree a later date of shipment or refund in full, any payment already made in respect of the goods.
Orders from the outside of the UK including the Scottish Highlands will be subject to additional delivery charges. All customs duties and additional tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. Best Flight Case will contact you to discuss and arrange any additional payment required for delivery at cost price.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check goods for any sign of damage or shortage upon delivery, and in the event of any shortage, the customer must notify Best Flight Case in writing within 2 days of delivery of goods. If any damages are found then please write “Damaged” on the delivery slip and do not accept the delivery. In the case of receiving the wrong product please inform us immediately, so that we can arrange collection and replacement. In all other circumstances, the goods will be deemed to have been accepted by the customer.
Unless notified differently, most orders are sent on a ‘next day delivery’ service. Please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. Our couriers will make 2 attempts to deliver your order after which the product will be returned to us and a charge of £15.00 for 1 parcel and an extra £10.00 (excl VAT) will be levied for every additional parcel to rearrange delivery.
